We are now looking for a creative repair technician who wants to be part of making something truly important!

As a repair technician with us, you will belong to a team of eight technicians, a coordinator, and a unit manager.

Our common mission is to support the core operations with various repairs of, for example, pump stations, valves, and fire hydrants. We are also involved in construction projects of water and sewage facilities.

Job Responsibilities

A typical week will have you working on:

• Welding work, manufacturing, and assembly of pipe galleries.
• Projects such as renovation or new construction of water and sewage facilities.
• Repair and manufacturing of technical installations in pump stations, reservoirs, and culverts.
• Work in a mechanical workshop such as repairing equipment, pumps, etc.

As a repair technician, you will encounter a very varied everyday life. Usually, our tasks are planned, but it regularly happens that we respond to urgent assignments, and we try to be flexible based on the needs of the operations. In acute situations, we need to be able to adapt and think creatively to find the best solution in each situation. Depending on the assignment, you will work independently or in pairs with one of your colleagues.

We operate from Kretslopp and Vatten's newly built headquarters in Alelyckan. Here we have our own large workshop fully equipped with modern tools and machines, and in addition to that, the whole of Gothenburg is our work area. Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education with a technical focus, or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer.
• Experience in welding, metalworking, and working in a mechanical workshop.
• Computer skills, as we work in a digital work environment.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints.
• Swedish spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B).

It is an advantage if you also have a forklift license. The position is security classified and requires a successful background check from the Security Police, which also includes alcohol and drug testing. On-call duty may be included in the position.
